Do advertisers think the public is stupid?

That was a rhetorical question, if you couldn't pick it...

Hyundai is making big claims about having free registration and stamp duty for a really special sale. Sounds all good, until you realise that the ACCC has changed the rules for car sales whereby the full onroad price of the car has to be advertised.

Hyundai aren't quite there yet with them not showing the famous $2000 car wash, cough, dealer delivery fee.
